Hi! I'm Kristen, although you can call me Mirai if you like, as that's my internet and cosplay handle. I'm a strange young woman whose main hobbies are watching anime/TV/movies, reading books and manga, listening to music, surfing the internet, learning new languages, and cosplay. I love Gundam and Downton Abbey. I am basically a geek/nerd/dork, with a Bachelors of Art degree in Japanese and Spanish, and I have a Masters in Library and Information, with a concentration is archival studies.

I've been a cosplayer since 2005. I'm not the world's best seamstress, but I enjoy making costumes and having fun wearing them at cons.
