Construction Details:

The outfit itself wasn't that complicated. A gakuran that's slightly modified to make it more marine related is what I'll call it? The only issue I had was finding the right shade of blue... which took me forever.. I'm glad I randomly found it in my fabric stash. Actually, this entire costume didn't cost me anything because I had everything... Minus the zipper. LOL

The only problem is that I didn't have enough fabric to make it the way I wanted. I screwed up the pants so there are panels so that I could actually wear them... I made the panels so that it gets covered by the jacket.. I also made the pants too long so I need to fix that the next time I wear it.

There are functional pockets in the jacket because I couldn't put it in the pants.

Personal Thoughts:

Leon is my favourite character from Vanguard and with season 3 (Link Joker) and all the characters having a new outfit, I had to make it. Going to make all the Leon outfits!
