Construction Details:

The base was an altered leotard because I'm a firm believer in saving time, effort, and money. The rest (except for the gloves) was made from scratch out of Casa Satin. The boots were purchased and altered.

Personal Thoughts:

I'm not quite sure that I make a good Mercury, as I have sharp cheekbones and a prominent nose, not to mention I'm 5'9". I always imagined her as having a bit of a round but delicate face. Oh well, what can you do when you're group already as a Eternal Jupiter?

It was fun to be a new character, especially one that has a fun hair color. Over all, I think Mercury has one of the prettier fukus, especially in eternal form. I had a lot of fun making and wearing this costume.

Wig Review

I'm not happy with the how I cut this wig, but it was my first attempt at cutting and styling, which makes me feel a bit better about the end result.
