Personal Thoughts:

I did this costume with my cosplay group Fanatic Dolly Cosplay. I loved the show Mawaru Penguindrum so I asked them to do a group with me. I was so impressed at how much work everyone put in. Each costume has a hand-sequined bodice. I'm pretty sure we each spent a couple weekends doing non-stop sequining!
