Construction Details:

Normally I would painstakingly make every part of a costume like this because of pickiness about color, but this actually ended up coming together out of purchased pieces! The purple/burgundy jacket, black dress shirt, and "leather" pants (which are patent-imitation jeans from a thrift store that once retailed for $300--very appropriate for a rock star) were all purchased. I bought and assembled heavy chain into the belt, key chain, and necklace. I cut the Gavinners symbol out of foam and covered it in worbla.
