Construction Details:

To make the sailor fuku top for the most part I just used my eyes to guess how long to make it and it turned out great. I bought the leotard because I had to previous experience with stretch fabric. I made the skirt a normal pleated skirt and the gems in the middle were made of model magic. the bow and fuku were made with normal cotton and the socks were also bought. The head piece was made with craft foam and model magic. Personal Thoughts:

First time making a sailor outfit so it was interesting to figure out how to do a lot of the little details but overall it was fun to wear and not extremely difficult to make.
