Construction Details:

The dress was a sundress bought from Target and hemmed at the knee. [With a zigzag stitch - how little I knew back then!] The tail and stripes were cut from a fur fabric and attached with a zigzag stitch. The tights were bought from WeLoveColors. The shoes are from Target, which I first painted, but later covered in a yellow polka dot broadcloth [rather terribly, I might add]. The ears were made from the same fuzzy fabric I used for the tail and attached to a headband. I had to hot glue them together because my old machine couldn't handle sewing through two layers of that fabric. I used cut out pieces from a plastic milk jug to give the ears shape and help them stand up - I had no idea interfacing existed back then. XD
