Construction Details:

A pretty simple costume, the blouse is made out of stretched poplin and I used a regular buttoned down pattern and cut the neck line really low. I made my own bias tape from the same fabric of the collar. The skirt is poly-cotton blend I had left over from a previous cosplay. No pattern need for that.
