This is the same uniform I have used for a million Haruhi cosplays in the past, which I'd had commissioned on ebay back in 2007. I added a blue wig I had lying around, styled it and drew on a mole. Voila!

- I cut the bangs and a little bit of the bangs shorter and used low heat and maximum hold spray to get her little antenna to stick up. The rest can pre-styled.
