I admired cosplay ever since my first convention during my high school years. I didn't officially start cosplaying until Fanime 2007, my first cosplay being Kairi from Kingdom Hearts II made by my grandmother. In 2008, I started sewing my own cosplays, Yuna from Final Fantasy X-2 (Gunner and Songstress versions) being my very first cosplay to create.
I was mostly self taught for a long while until I attended college to further my sewing skills. Since then, I've been practicing my costuming skills through cosplay and improving through my experiences and involvement in my classes and outside activities. My goal is to become a costume designer for films, television, theaters, anything!
