Hi I'm new and I have no idea where to start other than with the idea of creating a costume. I could use some help even the tiniest hint or suggestion would be great. Thanks

A good place to start = your favorite character, one that you have enough passion for to see the costume all of the way through completion ^^ (Unless it's complicated beyond all perception O.o)
