BioShock Big Sister

Would anyone be interested or know someone capable of creating the more intricate costume bits of a Big Sister from BioShock II? Most notably, the helmet, tank and cage, as well as the weaponry, and possibly the leg pieces as well. This would be for A-Kon, beginning of June.
