I can't add conventions to cosplays

I am trying to add specific conventions to my cosplays, but it is not saving. I am able to find the conventions in the list, select them, and save but then they don't show up on the convention list even though everything looks like it went through correctly. I've tried in multiple browsers, but have yet to find a way around this. Has anyone else figured out how to fix this?
