Need help fixing mask.

Post by DuffExMachina » Wed Oct 04, 2017 4:47 am

Hello. I am dressing as Reverse Flash this year for Halloween. I bought a mask on Amazon and the neck was absurdley huge, so I had to do some trimming in the back where the zipper was. Problem is now when I close it I get this point in the back that makes it look more like a Deadpool mask. What do I have to do to get it more rounded?

Also I need to paint it a darker yellow. Since its painted already do I still have to do acrylic and prosaide, or can I use any spray paint?

To fix the pointed part of the mask, you can try using foaming spray to glue the excess fabric together and then cut it off with scissors. You can then use any spray paint that is suitable for the fabric, such as acrylic spray paint or fabric spray paint with Mod Podge.
