Kagura (INUYASHA) Fan help!
I was wondering if anyone knows how to or can help me make an authentic kagura of the wind fan.

I was going to do this fan for someone a while back. I found a large cloth fan with plastic 'ribs'. Easily removed from the ribs/sticks and painted, then reglued. Easy. I still have them out in the shop! I found the fan in an asian import store- cost about 15. Hope this helps- or you can buy mine as I never got around to using it. Luck!
