Anyone had any problems with a Harkonnen or large prop?

Hello! just found this site, while I've been going to Megacon/Metrocon/Omni Exp for the past couple years, finally decided to try to find some Communities.

Now just to get my Cannon ready for the upcoming Mega/Metrocon's.

I'm starting work on mine this upcoming weeks, the gun will be most difficult, everything else(the costume) I already have.
