We have two sets of Avatars used at ACP.
The first avatar is for those who hold cosplayer or photographer accounts.

If you are on ACS: http://www.acparadise.com/acs/tools.php?t=profile (scroll to the bottom)
If you are both a cosplayer and a photographer, you will need separate avatars to distinguish yourself.
The second one you need to set is your forum one. Everyone has one of these.

You can use an offsite service such as twitpic to host your photo.
Or you can grab the link to that avatar you just uploaded above with a right click
(We tried to integrate these functions but failed, so you'll have to do it manually)
