Ideas sorely needed.

Post by hellosunshine » Thu Jan 17, 2008 6:38 pm

Needing some serious ideas here. I just recently dyed my hair from red to dark brown, and that rules my Markl, from Howl's Moving Castle, cosplay out. If anyone has any idea for someone with brown hair and blue eyes, please help!

If night falls, use stars for streetlights.
If you have butterflies in your stomach, ask them into your heart.
If the sun never shines again, hold fireflies in your hand to keep warm.
If you're afraid of the dark, remember the night rainbow.
If there is no happy ending, make one out of cookie dough.

Okay, I'm searching for a pic, but I can't find one. I'm not familiar with the game, too, so that doesn't help.

Jeala would be excellent.

Do you mind cross cosplaying...Just wondering...

Though Jeala does have dark brown hair and is a female with blue eyes.

Ah, thank you for the pic! And no, I don't mind cross cosplaying. I've done Markl (a little boy), and Duo Maxwell (my first, when I was a cosplay n00b).

It was pretty fun. :] Kinda didn't want to, considering he's one of the most done cosplays, but it was easy for a first-timer.

I just glanced at your picture and one person popped into my head. Kagura from Fruits Basket! You'd be an awesome Kagura, plus her outfit is relatively easy to make ^^

Oh, interesting! I'm not too familiar with Fruits Basket, though. I just did an image search, but I found lots of different pics of her with lots of different outfits. Could you describe for me which is her most worn?

Hmmm...Interesting one, but I don't think it'd work out for me.

Now Kagura from Inuyasha would be really fun. I'll look into that one. :]

Indeed she does!
Do you have an idea of how to make bangs, though? There's no way I'm cutting mine back to short again. I can make the bun, it's just the bangs. :/

If you really want to do Kagura, you can always buy some. It's like a little mini-wig you clip on that makes bangs.

Ah, I didn't realize they had those. Any specific place that carries them? Or is it an internet ordered thing?
