This is my first cosplay and i want to make a night class girl costume from vampire knight. Need help on the jacket.

what is the problem? Mostly get a pattern and go. or if there is a specific problem please expand.

well she is probly trying to figure out how to do the white trim...right?
that is where i would be asking questions..
start out with the simple stuff like the skirt..just get a simple pleated skirt pattern
shirt. store buy or make it is still simple. just get a pattern for a rugular long sleeve (tight sleeves so use a fabric with some stretch and make ti a little smaller to give it a thin affect then add a cotton or what ever the collar is made of for the sleeve cuffs)
Accessories like the band just get whit fabric and fabric paint and do that that way and bow is self explanitory
you might need to look at either hobby lobby or hancock fabricks for the little white cuff thingys
....and i honestly don't know how i would do the white on the jacket 0-o it is a mystery lol

Mmmm lets see, yes to everything you said thenthe white lines are easy I looks like piping if it follows a seam then stich it between teh layers if it's not on a seam then Fabric glue and some stiches.
