I'm having such difficultly finding shoes and boots for Ohayo Con cosplays. My problem too is that I have wide feet and I need wide-calf boots. Characters that I'm having issue on finding boots (under 30 dollars, cheaper the better) are:

Any ideas where I can find cheap boots? I've tried ebay, not lucking out there. Thrift stores and Payless, I luck out as well. I really, really don't want to make boot covers if I don't have to.

I think I recommend this site every time someone asks about shoes/boots so here it is again. ^^;;
www.electriqueboutique.com
Usually quite cheap, all sorts of styles, sometimes wide. For your costumes though, you might be able to buy just one pair of a middling color and make a removable trim for Romeo. Save a few dollars and take up less space in your luggage. Good luck!
