Hi! I plan on cosplaying Meg, who is a trickster from Suikoden 2 X3

I was just wondering if someone could give me some opinions of how I could do the skirt? Im picky about cosplay and I hope I can get it as close as possible ^_^

Any suggestions?

i would do the basic big pleets like it is and use a lot of starch stuff to get it to look all poof like that... and that the easiest way i can think of.

Just as a sidenote, the skirt can be done in any fabric you want but if you want to get it to poof out that much, you make a petticoat or buy one to fit underneath.

http://www.limebarb.com has some nice white ones.

Are their Berserkers just so amazing that you find you cannot remember that Barb practically runs the store and makes the costumes herself? Also that she does have other items available to purchasing....*wants to buy a petticoat herself*
