A&G Ohio is in Cincinnati, but I've never been to it so I can't vouch for it. Ohayocon is in Columbus, and I loved it last time. They're really good for a smaller sized con (Still large, but I'm used to ACEN in Illinois, and that's pretty big) and they had a really nice guest line up and cool panels. From Cincinnati, you can take a train or bus I'm certain, or even carpool with other con-goers from the area, though I'm not sure how comfortable that would be.
