I'm looking to get at least a quote on a cosplay I'd like done. It's Serah Farron from Final Fantasy XIII.
Budget is around $150. Wig and shoes are not necessary, but if you can include those in pricing, please let me know.
There is no deadline when this cosplay needs to finished either.
