help with adding images

I tried to add image but I don't know how to do this

Well if you are trying to put a avatar picture just go to control pannel oh here and click profile and where it says avatar click the button browse and find a picture from your computer and upload it it think the picture has to be 200x200 pixles and if you wanna add a signature picture just put this [img] then put the link of the picture you want hope this helps you
