story of my life{but not really]

It has been a long and underwhelming process but I have reached this point in my life with complete apathy. ether way though I think I have a new desire and zest for life in a new cosplaying project i want to do, the problem is It alone is to big to do in my mind. so I came to here for some advice maybe to get me started. you see I have write but not released characters I would like to crossplay. the problem is I have no clue where to start. oh great cosplayers of acp forum.. could you help me pull off some epic cosplays on a budget even though I am a complete newb and lack all the necessary skills?
