Costume

Hi, I'm newbie and need advice. What costume from comics is the most popular in cosplay? We are throwing a party and I'm a host, so need to have something special. The theme of the party is Japanese comics. I've looked for some costumes in the comics forums, but they sent me the lin to Japan Talk (https://www.japan-talk.com/jt/new/25-mo ... characters) I won't choose Doaraemon for sure. lol
