The angle of the shot reminds me of Anemone or Eureka from "Eureka Seven." You'd have to get a wig, but I think you'd be cute as either!

Ringo from "Air Gear" has pinkish hair. Your's is kind of short, but I think you could totally pull it off.

Are you familiar with the Harvest Moon series(video games)??

In a few of the latest games(HM: A Wonderful Life : HM: A Wonderful Life for girls : HM: DS), a character was introduced who has short, straight, red-red hair.
Her name is Nami and her outfit is amazingly easy, yet, if done correctly, recognizable by every HM fan!!
Her hair cut is like Kairi's in the KH 1
