Ideas please

So here's the deal....

1. I need ideas for a group of at least 5. Between us, we have heard of a lot of anime, so fire away.
Though we don't have much time until the con, we are all excelent sewers who aren't worried about time to make cosplays.
People in this group are of all sizes. Most of us are thin and, though we're all girls, none of us mind crosplaying.

2. I need ideas for a group of 1 possibly 2.
This is for a convention in March. Time is abundant and the same as 1 goes for this as well as far as sewing is concerned. I also forgot to mention, but props don't matter, because we all make props for all of the school productions.
The people in this group are 5'5"ish, 125-30lbs, and one has black hair while the other has blond.

All we really need are ideas. Any would be appreciated.

If its all girls, I think a strawberry Panic group cosplay would be cute. Have you seen this anime? Its basicly about a girl who transfers to an all girls boarding school. There are three schools with different uniforms. The good thing about this is that you can make-up new characters or be characters from the show, and there are lots to choose from!
