Need Ideas Fast!!

Well i have about a week and a half to make/buy a costume.

Description: Male, 115 lbs., 5'9", medium length brown hair, brown eyes, uh really skinny.

I can make a lot of costumes
and i cant do cloud cause i did him last year lol.

Hmmm... Have you heard of Tenjho Tenge? I dont know if you want to Dye your hair like turquoise color. Do you wear glasses? Theres two guys i think you can fit the description. The Brown haired Glasses guy fits you more though.
