I need an idea to work with all this hair!!

Okay, so I'm trying to plan a cosplay for my next (and second ever) convention, and I can't come up with any ideas that would work with my hair!!
I'll describe myself: I've got hip length blond hair with no bangs and blue eyes. I'm thin, and I wear glasses. I can take the glasses off for the cosplay, but I don't have contact lenses.
I could play a girl or guy, doesn't matter to me (I'm not opposed to crossplay). My funds, time and motivation can be limited, but I really want to cosplay as someone interesting. ^^ Thanks a bunch!
