Hiyaz.. I am new to cosplay and I would like to wear something at next year's Anime Expo but am not sure how to go about it.. Do you suggest starting off with something simple or should I go for a more complex costume??
For example: Should I go dressed as Ryoga from Ranma.. or should I do something that requires a bit more detail like Sesshomaru from InuYasha??
Cosplay help??
If you're new, it's always good to start out with something simple. I mean, if you want to do something a little complex, that is fine. It really depends, I guess, on how much time you want to put in on the costume, or how detailed you want it to be. If you can sew, it makes things easier. If not very well, then simple things first would be the best way. My first time, I went to Goodwill and just found things.
