Have a question...

I have a recent obsession with Sasame, from Pretear. ^^ He's just the sweetest, cutest thing in my mind. Thing is, I don't want to go dressed as a guy to SakuraCon 2005 in my area. Not that I have anything against cross-cosplaying, just I want to be a lil more...feminine
So anyway, I was thinking of doing more of a Sasame female counterpart. My hair would be longer, yet silver, like his is. I would keep the ear piece he has and the cape. The only thing that would be totally different would be the outfit actually on my body. I had in mind a white top that tied in front, sleeveless, and a short white skirt that hit about 3/4 of the way down my thigh, and wearing white boots that just barely came up to meet the end of the skirt. Would I be able to do that? Does it sound like a good idea?

Depends... What would it (REALLY) look like?

Well, it would look like I just described it. The white boots would go about 4 inches above my knees, and the white skirt would end about an inch or two above that. I'd take a white shirt and tie it in the front, so my midriff would be exposed. I'm kind of looking for really decent pictures of Sasame's cape, and I'd do the cape the way it is, with the design and everything. I might top it off with a pair of white gloves..

Sasame is definately the coolest Pretear character anyway

I'm a person that doesn't like any female versions of male characters. I actually hate all femme versions of characters because it reminds me of the mpreg fics I hate so much...plus, I'm just like that.
Depending on how you make a costume, it can be very effeminate. Yuber is a good example. A costume that is baggy on him can be tightened and the pants can become flares. Sasame is the same way. Show off a female's curves because ultimately, you have to make the outfit look good on you.

^^ I'll most definately post piccys of my outfit Kiarrens ^^
And thanks for the tip, Hemuloki-sama. I'll make sure to make it more feminine.
Now for a final question. Does anyone have decent pictures of Sasame's cape?

From what your avatar is, you can easily make that a bit more girly. Just go on your strengths and focus on bringing them out more. I'm also a fan of just getting an accurate cosplay and being so basic...o.O I guess you could say I'm close minded on femme-character cosplays.
But I'll look for some pictures for you.
