Tsubasa Tomoyo Headdress help
Does anyone know how to make the head dress for Tomoyo-hime? If so, what material do you make it out of?

It's for my friend, and since we're color coating it, it's black, red, white, and gold, but the real thing is her head dress on top of her head. Pleaz help.
