Does anyone know how to make or buy a sealer wand from card captor sakura? I want to dress up as her for a convention, but I don't know how to obtain the sealer. Any suggestions?

go to the buy/sell thread and ask someone there. someone that does pops dill commission it for you ^^

j-list or e-bay. I have one but I use it frequently, as a prop (since I cosplay her alot) I think blockbuster might still be selling anime things, I know they used to back in the day, see if they have one, that's where I found mine
