Ok, So I need Temari's fan from Naruto.. I live in Maryland, where all they sell is tiny little an things..and I'm horrible at making things..Or i can try..Any suggestions?

get the planks to use and drill a hole at an appropriate hing area and use a nut & bolt with washers between each plank. take an angle mesurment on a real fan and line up your planks to those. Now staple on the fabric.

Yes, a friend of mine once made a Temari fan, and that's how she did it! But without the washers, I think--that's a great improvement. Don't be afraid to use powertools! And just make sure your fan frame is done before you attach the fabric.
