Full-Bodied Suits, Oh My!

Post by Synnie » Thu Apr 12, 2007 12:12 pm

My next cosplay project is the Phantom Thief Dark Mousy from DNAngel, and afterwards, I hope to move on to Asuka Langley from Evangelion (red plugsuit).

My dilemma is, I have no idea where to begin when it comes to sewing skin-tight catsuit-esque ensembles, forget detailing.

Erm, okay. Understatement. I'm absolutely clueless.

Hm, what would "full cosplay" entail?

For Dark Mousy, I'm supposing it would include:
[x] Weeg XP
[x] Zeh weengz
[x] Boots, etc.

As well as the suit. If you mean the suit with all parts above included as "Full Cosplay", then yes. (I all ready have everything above except the suit, actually.)

As far as Asuka goes, I figured it would be made as a plain red suit, with all the little details appliqued or tacked on afterwards... although seeing as I only have a year or two experience, I'm not really trusting of myself. ^^
