It looks like those little rubber bands people wear with sayings on them like "Don't do Drugs" or "I Joined the Fight Against Breast Cancer", one in blue(maybe purple), one in black, and one in white.

What people mostly use are silicone wristbands/bracelets. I got three blank ones from this person and they're only $1.00. The coloring isn't very specific but these are the most common choices: White, Black, and Blue or White, Yellow, and Blue.

They could look nice, but guess you can use leather or something... maybe painted foam... or they can also be made in textile n.nU
I think I would make them in painted leather

I used Hair ties for mine, they worked well.
As for colors, well it depends what screen shot your looking at. Somtimes she has Blue, Green and White and other times blue black and white
