I need help with making Rikku's arm-thingies. She is from the Final Fantasy series, and here is her pic:

um my friend cosplayed as her and i think is what she did was she took some material and cut little strips on both sides. and then just tied em together. but im not exactly sure :/

You make the arm cover and let some parts longer to do the ribbons :]
