Need help making a Dark Magician costume

Hi, I'm new here and I need help.

On June 24th I'm having a fantasy dress party and I'm hopig to dress as Dark Magician from Yu-Gi-Oh.
I've seen the Dark Magician costume that Wayne made and it looks cool. Has anyone got some advice on how I can make one as well?

It's a little bit out of season now, but you should check your local fabric store for patterns to make a wizard costume. You can modify that pattern with the right combinations of fabric to make Dark Magician.

Fair enough but how would I actually make it once I have the necessary parts?

How do you mean how would you make it? You get the pattern, which they always have Halloween costumes, cut out the pieces correctly. Pin it to the fabric after making any modification to it. Cut out the fabric pieces, then follow whatever directions came with the pattern.
