Best Material To Use To Make A Weapon...

Ok, so I just want to know this for future references. To make a Falcon/Katana, what are the best materials? I've gotta Plexy glass, Tin, Wood, and sheet metal :\ Any others?

Have you ever tried sculpey? It's quite niiiice...also, I'm a fan of wood. Both are much easier to work with personally than plexiglass.
....isn't that stuff like toxic?

It's fibreglass that's the really nasty stuff to work with. Plexiglass is just the clear stuff.
A sculpey katana? This I have to see. (I'm a fan of sculpey too, but not for weaponry O_o)
*agrees with Loki* Wood might be your best bet, unless you have an idea of how to use the plexiglass...

I glued 3 peices of Plexi together and used a Jigsaw to maipulate it. Then added drill holes to fit the wooden hilt with dowel rods and glue to lock it.
