....Um....I really don't know where to start addressing this to as I have no idea which swords you're talking about. We obviously can't help you unless you tell us which swords you need or else we can just give you free lance tips that are actually splashed around the rest of the forum.

I know there are more characters named Knives other than the one from Trigun...but that's the only one that comes to mind.

You know, it's really strange that everyone here calls me "Sama" and not "Hemuloki" or "Hemu". I just have been noticing that a lot lately, all these "samas" and I was like "Ohhh....I'm loved"

But yea, let's hope this guy replies back with a response so that we can figure out just what he's talking about!

Not necessarily, Seras' Halcannon from Hellsing wasn't very weird or funny looking. It was just a long cannon.

But Gippal's is funny! http://members.shaw.ca/dressphereart/othersart1.htm Check it out

i would suggest buying a toy revolver at walmart large then cardboard or styrafoam (i cant spell today) the sword should be to your chest right under your breast level and dont forget the lion head at end of sword

I personally don't like using such flimsy things as tools since people usually pay me around $50 to make such props. My partner, Yotan, and I had a disagreement a while back when she wanted to make her Gilder gun from a fake one she bought at the dollar store but I thought it looked cheap (Yes, I'm a perfectionist). I wouldn't make anyone pay even $20 for cardboard and glue put together to look mildly pretty.

Getting a little toy gun and cardboard too will only go so far. First of all, even put together, the thing will only look good as a 1-2 footer. The thing won't be anywhere near the size of Squall's and continue to look good.

true

that is true but it would work. for bigger events yes i would go for something a little better looking ,personly i sold one for 75 dollers out of a 10 broken revolver, small rifle back(the wooden part that softens blow ti body, three steel rods (stong ones and some tin ,and some metalworking skils. it was freaking amazing i wish i had pictures of it . and held up pretty well. and i was talking about a toy gun roughly a foot long and 8 inches from top to bottom.

btw sama can you give me preportions on the wepon ive seen some pics where (sword on ground)goes to about his stomach and some to waist or lower also anywhere i can get the lion head ive had to make them up to now and there a bitch to make

Here, this is my broken one at the tip used by my friend that came along with us to our recent con. Mine is to my chest, which isn't saying much since I'm short but that's about it. As for the lion head, since I'm not really sure what you mean by the head, I'll take it as the one that hangs off the hilt. Well, I actually bought another Squall necklace, took the original chain off and connected a seperate chain from the hilt to the lion head.

Pisses me off that you can't see the Greiver I etched into the sides.
