I am going to be cosplaying as Miria Harvent from Baccano.... I have absolutely no idea how to sew and all the dresses that I've seen for her to purchase are....Eh.
Do you guys know where I could find a good outfit of hers to buy or could you tell me how I would need to sew it and where to find the materials? ;w;
