Looking for help with gambeson/jacket for Geralt of Rivia

I am trying to put together the jacket/gambeson that Geralt of Rivia wears in the Witcher games, specifically from the Raven Armor set.

While I have helped put together a gambeson for a friend fror LARPing my sewing experience is still limited. That's why I was hoping someone here might have an idea where I can find a pattern?
