So, the male trainers coat is what I'm having a problem with, I'm trying to see how to make it or obtain something and make it out of that. Everything else, like the hat, bag, shoes and pants are not really a problem, but I need advice on the jacket. Can anyone help? I would really be greatful if someone did.

Not all the style lines are exactly identical, but you can get the main idea with the two-tone jacket easily. If you're feeling really ambitious, you could make a mock-up and play around with the pattern to get it identical, but I think that pattern comes close enough, especially for such a casual cosplay.
