Jasdero remake help 0-o

Ok so i am remaking my Jasdero (D.Gray-Man) pants..and if anyone has seen him befor..they just know..
I want to use pleather....but i have never made pants befor and these are more like...half or Quarter pants if you will..You see last time i was in a bit of a hurry and didn't know i was going to do it until about 2weeks befor so i made them with pants i already had (spandex pants) causing them to bunch and the eylits to come out T-T... So i was wondering is someone can help me make pleather pants that look like this...

sorry about that...i fixed it kinda...the pants are the ones that lace up the whole way..i am wearing a blonde wig with a red ribbon in my hair...

that actually doesn't look too hard... find a pattern for tight fitting pants, sew them up, cut out the between parts and then put the lacing on them.

that is what i think i am going to do....but...i only have a small amount of fab....so i am scared....xD
