The fur looks to be a fairly light purple. You might be able to use Katie Bair's wig tinting spray on white fur since it's made for synthetic fibers, it's permanent color, and it's not supposed to make the fibers hard. No idea whether it'd actually work correctly though. ^^;;

For the feet, sew the covers onto a pair of bedroom slippers. For a corset or bustier (which is what your character looks like she's wearing), you ought to use an actual pattern for that type of undergarment. Check the re-enactment or historical costumes section of the pattern books at the store for something you can use. That looks like a really cool costume....

That might be the right combination that would adhere to both materials because it's usually hard to get a good bond with...

I use a clear fabric glue called Fabri Tac that works great on all types of cloth and fake fur too since it has that knitted backing. Does not stick to smooth vinyl or other plastics though.

I think hot glue may also work as long as what you're gluing the fur onto can handle the heat.
