I know. I was thinking of wood, and some other kind of material, but I don't want it to break easily. *thinks of how to do design now* I would probably use some kinda plywood there... o.o I have seen Soras keyblades that are made of it and my friend made Axels chakrams of plywood ^-^ but of course ...

Hm.... True, it would be lighter if i used the PVC pipe and filled it with the expanding foam but it would cost more than keyblade made of wood. Expanding foams are expensive .__.'' and then i have to figure out how i attach the mickeys head and the chain... If you're more comfortable with wood, us...

hm... but if i use PVC pipe i dont know how to attach the keypart and the handgurads... o.o in wood i could only like drill holes and glue there little dowels which holds them x]

I have cosplayed that dress! I made my own staff from stick and warped newspaper around it. Then i glued styrox circle and painted it. And last i glued the star and the wings there, but my staff isnt really good one since i didnt make those golden/red thingies there xD i didnt have enough time to do...
