Buy a corset online somewhere ( Though I don't know where to find one like the one in the pictures, i've looked a lot too.) and somehow sew a piece of material to that and wear a petticoat underneath. I think peachskin or moleskin actually might work well now that I think about it. And yeah, you could make one of the EGL head thingies to go over the headband for the antennae and secure it in place on it and that'd look really neat. How long is your natural hair? It might be cute to have pigtails...
