Construction Details:

I used Duchess Satin for all of the teal parts (skirt, collar, choker, and glove rolls) and Casa Satin for the bows.

Personal Thoughts:

I made my first scout costume, which also happened to be Neptune, back in 2013. Now that it is 2017, I have undoubtedly grown in my skills and quality so I wanted to revisit this scout with my dearest friend Anya Braddock Cosplay as Sailor Uranus! I am so happy to be able to redo this costume!

Previously used Arda's Lacefront Matilda, I switched to Grace because I find non-lacefronts to be more comfortable and easier to style!
