Construction Details:

This costume was one of my first, so these pictures ancient. I was 16 or so. I made several Relena costumes at once, this one being her blue party dress she wears in several episodes. Back in the day I had no idea about make-up & wigs, so maybe it a good thing I didn't know about getting decent photos of costumes either :P
